Mission:

The New York Lacrosse Academy has been teaching the game of lacrosse on Long Island for over 20 years! We believe that we have an experienced, dedicated and exceptional staff, which pride them in teaching the fundamentals of the game. NYLA is the academy that teaches lacrosse, and now we want to bring our staff to you.

The New York Lacrosse Academy provides the perfect staff and facilities to develop each player’s potential.  The key to this goal is intensive individual instruction in basic lacrosse skills, situational team play, and specialized goalie training.  For this reason, no previous lacrosse skill is necessary to participate, our coaches will help you understand and develop in these areas.  In addition, classes have been designed to meet the needs of the advanced players.  Our professional staff can help you improve your game on any level.
