The New York Lacrosse Academy provides the perfect staff and facilities to develop each player’s potential. The key to this goal is intensive individual instruction in basic lacrosse skills, situational team play, and specialized goalie training. For this reason, no previous lacrosse skill is necessary to participate, our coaches will help you understand and develop in these areas. In addition, classes have been designed to meet the needs of the advanced players. Our professional staff can help you improve your game on any level.
