“The NYLAX Academy is a model for supporting lacrosse, and the SAT camp is a great concept. All the best!”

“If your son has any interest at all in playing Lacrosse eventually – you really should come down on Sunday night and see how these guys (NYLA) train the boys. They really are fantastic trainers. It is very different from the clinics of the past."

“Thanks for running a fun, yet educational clinic. Rebecca came home each day expressing how much fun she had with the girls and counselors. She has been playing lacrosse for about 7 years now, yet she still came home learning something new each day. Great job!!”

“My son had a blast. The instructors did a great job!”

“If your son has any interest at all in playing lacrosse, you should really come down on Sunday night and see how these guys (NYLA) train the boys. They really are fantastic trainers. The sessions are 2 hours. The first 30 minutes they teach skills and run drills. The last 90 minutes they teach them field/game concepts. They run offense vs defense drills, and they may scrimmage. Most of it is having offense run again defense and making sure the boys know where they should stand and move to – both with – and without the ball. They will stop play and explain to a boy why he has not moved to the correct spot – or why the boy with the ball passed it to the wrong teammate. I even saw them discuss angles on the field that you shouldn't shoot from. The program is excellent!!!"

“NYLA is amazing this season. They are doing a fantastic job!”

“The NYLA lacrosse clinics were great! If you want your son to learn to play this sport, this is the perfect venue to learn the game. They have 1 instructor for about every 6 boys. They break them into training stations and teach the boys skills required to play the game. The beginners and intermediate players are learning a ton!!"
