The purpose and goal of the Cardinal Lacrosse Club is to develop the skill and talent level of many players in a competitive atmosphere while incorporating training and education together.

The Cardinal staff will offer a lacrosse education that fosters individual player development and promotes each player to be a student of the game while having fun!

The girls will be exposed to some of the greatest players and teachers of the game, that want to extend their knowledge and experience of the game to future generations of lacrosse players.

Our goal is that each player can seize (expand) a skill or concept from each practice, and build on those to help with their lacrosse development.

Each girl will be afforded the opportunity to compete in tournaments against some of the best clubs on the East Coast. Competing at this level will give the girls the strength and determination to improve and continue to play lacrosse throughout their lives.
